Uploading Images

You can upload many images at one time using the Image Upload tool. A single image may be uploaded for each individual and each household. Images have a few requirements they must meet before they can be mass uploaded into Fellowship One.

Your images must be:

Note: You must have the Administrator security access right to upload images.

To upload images

  1. Click the Admin > Image Upload > View Upload Status. The View Upload Status page appears. This is where you will verify the status of all images you upload.
  2. Click Upload images at the top of the grid. The batch upload dialog box opens.

    Note: The first time you use this tool, you will need to install the image Uploader tool. Internet Explorer will display a yellow warning bar at the top of the screen. Click on the bar to install the tool. FireFox browsers will display a Warning dialog box. ClickRun to install the tool.

  3. Click Individual Images to upload photos of individuals or click Household Images to upload images of households.
  4. Click Add Files... to add individual files one by one or click Add Folders... to add an entire folder of images.
  5. Click Upload images to begin the process.

Images are uploaded in the order they were added. A status bar displays for each image as it is uploaded. When uploading is complete, a confirmation message appears.

Checking Status

You can check Admin > Image Upload > View Upload Status to review any files that may have failed during processing or are still pending. You may need to click the menu option again to refresh this page if you have not navigated away.
